Job Description
Kodland is a digital platform connecting tutors and children aged 5 to 17, teaching game development (Unity/Roblox/Minecraft), programming (Scratch/Python), web development (Javascript, HTML, CSS) and digital design (Blender/Photoshop). Kodland's goal is to prepare children for the future. We help them acquire skills that set them up to succeed in their careers and develop their interests. Kodland operates in 40 countries and educates over 30,000 students.
Responsibilities
- Delivering engaging and fun lessons based on the programmes and materials provided by us.
- Developing teaching skills with the support of Kodland mentors.
- Sharing feedback on lessons and materials with the team.
- Providing regular and detailed reports on student progress and improving the learning process and children's engagement.
- Representing Kodland in a positive, influential, and friendly manner.
- Implementing creative ideas to support students.
Requirements
- Experience in Roblox Studio, Lua, Scratch, Python, or Unity.
- Basic knowledge of Roblox is required.
- Ready to learn Roblox or Scratch with us.

- No teaching experience is required, however to be invited for an interview you must complete a digital skills test (which will be sent after applying).
Important
This is a remote position, so you will need your own laptop, a stable internet connection, and a quiet place to work. After the interview, you will be asked to complete a test. Candidates have the opportunity to learn Scratch and Roblox with us. We offer a B2B contract with the possibility of working as an unregistered sole trader; other available options also include cooperation with the TwójStartup incubator.
