About the Position

Poland Tutor | Scratch

We are looking for passionate and skilled tutors to join our team at Kodland. As a Poland Tutor specializing in Scratch, you will be responsible for preparing and conducting online programming lessons for children aged 5 to 17. Your role will involve providing support and feedback, and adapting your teaching to the individual styles and needs of students.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and conduct online programming lessons in Scratch.
• Provide support and feedback to students.
• Adapt teaching methods to individual student needs.
• Engage with students in both group and individual sessions on Zoom.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Scratch and experience in carrying out programming projects in this language.
• Excellent communication and teaching skills.
• Experience working with children and young people.
• Ability to adapt teaching to the individual needs of students.
• Experience in online teaching or tutoring is preferred.
• A relevant degree (Computer Science, Education, or similar) will be considered an additional advantage.

Nice to Have

• Experience with other programming languages and platforms.
• Previous experience in a tutoring or educational role.

Important: This is a remote position, so you will need your own laptop with a camera and microphone, a stable internet connection, and a quiet place to work. Candidates have the opportunity to learn Scratch and Roblox with us. We offer a B2B contract with the possibility of working as an unregistered sole trader; other available options also include cooperation with the TwójStartup incubator (commission contract/contract for specific work).
