Polier, Werkpolier, or Meister as Nachwuchspolier (m/w/d)
Responsibilities
- Supervision of all trades in turnkey construction, particularly rough construction, finishing, and building technology during the construction phase of a building project
- Supervision and control of trade-related assembly planning
- Responsibility for the execution, quality, and schedule control of subcontractor work, taking into account the other trades
- Coordination of defect elimination as well as preparation and execution of subcontractor acceptances
Requirements
- Completed training as a Meister, Werkpolier, or Polier (m/w/d)
- Ideally, first experience in high-rise construction
- Good knowledge of MS Office products
- Assertiveness and sense of responsibility
- High willingness to work and commitment as well as team spirit
- Willingness to travel
