About the Position
Polish Customer Support Representative | Athens, Greece
Cross Border Talents is looking for Polish speakers to work in Athens, Greece. If you are fluent in Polish and have a good level of English (B2), this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Responsibilities
As a Customer Technical Advisor, your role will include:
- Responding to and recording consumer inquiries/questions raised through free phone lines for customers;
- Maintaining accurate data input of consumer inquiries, questions, and feedback on the customer services database;
- Ensuring client complaints are dealt with and logged in line with the company’s complaints escalation policy;
- Ensuring all support calls and (when applicable) emails are answered and resolved within the agreed SLAs and logged appropriately;
- Troubleshooting through the use of open questions, support documents, and system training;
- Offering recommendations to common problems or frequently asked questions.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:
- High School Diploma or Higher;
- Native/Fluent Polish;
- Good level of English (B2);
- Good Problem Solving Skills;
- Strong troubleshooting Skills.
