About the Position

We are seeking a skilled Polygraphologist to join our 12th Special Forces Brigade of the National Guard of Ukraine, focusing on psychological and physiological research.

Responsibilities

• Conducting psychological and physiological research on candidates for the brigade to confirm their sincerity and readiness to serve.
• Identifying potential risks such as lies, hidden motives, and falsified facts during the testing process.
• Documenting the results and conclusions of the research, which are taken into account by the brigade's higher command.
• Supporting internal personnel verifications. This is an important and responsible task that the polygraphologist performs alongside other duties.

Requirements

• Skills in working with polygraph standards of the American Polygraph Association.
• Willingness to consider candidates with less experience.
• Age between 23 and 37 years.
• Suitability for military service based on health and moral-psychological qualities.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Willingness to learn and develop.

Therefore, a polygraphologist in "Azov" is not just about the bureaucracy of candidate checks. This is an important service that helps preserve the strength of the unit and its combat effectiveness. This specialist helps to better select recruits and identify their weaknesses that could harm the unit. In essence, this is a military "filter" through which everyone who wants to become part of the unit passes.

What is the minimum age to join the 12th Special Forces Brigade "Azov"?

You can join the 12th Special Forces Brigade "Azov" of the 1st Corps of the National Guard of Ukraine "Azov" from the age of 18.

How long is the basic combat training course?

The basic combat training course lasts approximately 6-8 weeks. We pay close attention to the training of personnel, carefully training recruits and preparing them to perform combat tasks. For the Azov Brigade of the National Guard of Ukraine, the professionalism and cohesion of the unit, as well as the value of each individual soldier, have always been a priority.

Do recruits transferred to the unit need to complete the basic combat training course?

Servicemen joining our brigade by transfer must pass the entry control standards. If they fail to meet the standards, they must complete the basic combat training course.

What type of contract and for how long?

Contracts until the decree on demobilization. Mobilization until the end of the state of war is also available. If a recruit is transferred from another unit where they have a signed contract, that contract is transferred to the 12th Brigade "Azov" of the National Guard of Ukraine.

What documents are required?

1. Copy of the passport (all pages), if an ID card, then the appendix;
2. Copy of the TIN;
3. Original conscription / military ticket (must be registered with the military enlistment office);
4. Photos 3×4 - 4 pcs., 9×12 - 2 pcs. Photos must be matte, without corners, and in cartoon form (you can have them taken at a photo studio);
5. Copy of the diploma/certificate of education, if available (secondary specialized, higher) + appendix with grades;
6. Details of the personal account (preferably PrivatBank or Oschadbank), the card must be "For payments";
7. Certificate of no criminal record from the Diya (Full).

Is there a transfer from the Armed Forces to the National Guard?

Yes. Servicemen of the Armed Forces can transfer to the National Guard online, in the "Army+" application. Transfers are also available to the Azov Brigade. When filling out the application for transfer, you need to select the 12th Special Forces Brigade "Azov" (unit 3057) from the list of units. Before filling out the application for transfer, you need to obtain a recommendation letter from our recruiters.
