About the Position

We are seeking a Portfolio Head for Manufacturing/Technology Consulting to drive profitable growth and ensure delivery in large accounts. Responsibilities

• Strategic Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
• Sales Success: Share and leverage sales success stories to drive engagement.
• Customer Satisfaction: Deliver exceptional service to enhance customer experience.
• Leadership: Inspire and guide your sales team toward achieving their goals and maximizing their potential.

Your Tasks

• Relationship Development: Strengthen connections with decision-makers, positioning yourself as a trusted IT advisor.
• Account Strategy: Identify growth opportunities, lead account planning, and monitor sales trends.
• Mentorship: Nurture the next generation of leadership within the account team to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Project Management: Facilitate cross-geographic synergies in project delivery and conduct regular reviews to mitigate risks.
• Performance Monitoring: Track key metrics and implement corrective actions for cost optimization and service improvement.
• Solution Promotion: Present solutions as strategic fits through workshops and executive meetings, advocating for higher-value services.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience managing large accounts in IT professional services.
• Expertise in global service delivery models and IT service portfolio sales.
• Strong background in Manufacturing, with a proven track record of closing large transformational deals in Germany and Austria.
• Ability to thrive in dynamic, international environments. Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels.
• Experience managing P&L portfolios exceeding $50 million in annual revenue.
• Fluent in German and English required.
