About the Position
We are looking for an experienced Power Apps Developer to join an upcoming project for a global enterprise client.
The role focuses on designing and implementing scalable business applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) and Microsoft Dataverse, with strong attention to data modeling, integration, and user experience.
You will work in a distributed, cross-functional team, contributing to enterprise-grade solutions that replace manual processes, improve data quality, and support evolving business needs.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Power Apps Canvas and Model-Driven applications
- Design and manage Dataverse data models, relationships, business rules, and security roles
- Implement integrations with enterprise systems using Power Automate, Dataverse connectors, and APIs
- Participate in applications re-platforming and modernization initiatives
- Build user-friendly, configurable solutions aligned with enterprise UX and governance standards
- Support automation initiatives to eliminate or reduce manual operations
- Contribute to solution architecture decisions and performance optimizations
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA, and stakeholders from a global client
- Ensure solution quality through code reviews, best practices, and documentation
- Support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform
- English proficiency at an upper-intermediate level or higher
- Strong hands-on experience with Canvas apps, Model-Driven apps, and Microsoft Dataverse (tables, relationships, security, business logic)
- Experience with Power Automate for business process automation
- Understanding of enterprise application lifecycle, environments, and ALM
- Experience with enterprise or large-scale business applications
- Ability to work independently and communicate clearly in a global team environment
Nice to Have
- Experience with Copilot, Copilot Studio, or AI-assisted features in Power Platform
- RPA experience (Power Automate Desktop, UiPath, or similar)
- Integration experience with Azure services (Functions, Service Bus, APIs)
- Familiarity with Power Platform governance, security, and compliance concepts
- Previous experience with global enterprise clients
