Power Platform & RPA Developer

EMAIS SERVICIOS INTEGRALES, SL is launching a new selection process for the position of Power Platform & RPA Developer. Our Automation team drives operational efficiency in back-office services through digital solutions based on low-code/no-code tools, RPA, and cloud services.

We are looking for a technical profile with 3-5 years of experience, product-oriented, who has worked automating complex and heterogeneous processes-from spreadsheets to enterprise platforms like SAP-with a comprehensive vision of the automation lifecycle.

This role is key to scaling our solutions and standardizing processes that currently depend on a high manual operational load.

Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze, and prioritize automatable processes with internal stakeholders (support, administration, accounting, operations, etc.).
• Design and maintain flows in Power Automate (Cloud and Desktop), integrating tools like Excel, SAP, web browsers, and native desktop software using RPA techniques.
• Develop solutions in Power Apps to manage inputs, forms, validations, and data visualization connected to SQL, SharePoint, or Dataverse.
• Integrate external systems and services through Azure Functions, HTTP requests, and scripting in Python or PowerShell.
• Manage automations in virtualized environments (CITRIX, Remote Desktop) applying best practices for reliability and traceability.
• Control versions, maintain functional and technical documentation, and ensure business continuity in each solution.
• Implement alerts, metrics, and operational reports to monitor the performance of automated processes.
• Apply security criteria, regulatory compliance (ISO 27001, GDPR), and best practices in the design of automations.
• Collaborate with other teams (systems, innovation, business) to ensure the scalability and governance of solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience working on automation projects with low-code and RPA tools.
  • Proficiency in Power Automate Cloud and Desktop, with experience in automating tasks in Excel, SharePoint, local folders, email, SAP GUI, browsers, etc.
  • Experience integrating data to and from SharePoint, Dataverse, or other enterprise data sources.
  • Basic scripting skills with Python or PowerShell to extend the capabilities of flows.
  • Functional knowledge of common business processes in administrative environments (invoicing, accounting, document control, customer service).
  • Familiarity with security standards, anonymization, and sensitive data management (PII, GDPR, ISO 27001).
  • Ability to document processes and communicate solutions clearly and structured.

• Desirable Skills

  • Experience integrating third-party systems like SAP, vertical ERPs, or proprietary desktop software.
  • Development of custom connectors, use of Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, or REST/Graph APIs.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD for Power Platform solutions (pipelines, environments, ALM).
  • Experience with tracking tools like JIRA, RedMine, or ServiceNow.
  • Implementation of monitoring dashboards in Power BI or other reporting systems.
  • Experience in projects with ITIL methodology or in digital governance environments.

We Offer

• Salary: €23,000.00 - €29,000.00 annually.
• Contract: Permanent Contract (Ordinary) · Full-time.
• Location: Remote.
• Contract Duration: Initially temporary for 3 months, with the goal of converting to permanent after 12 months.
• Work Hours: 8h to 17h / 9h to 19h.
• Work Mode: Hybrid or Remote.
