About the Role
Mirai RiskTech is looking for a Power Platform Developer with solid technical experience and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset to join our technology team. This role will be responsible for optimizing business processes using the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem. The person in this position will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate functional requirements into practical, efficient, and secure solutions. The role requires good knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse, along with familiarity with development best practices and a continuous improvement mindset.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse)
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Build and maintain Power Apps applications (canvas and model-driven)
- Create workflows and automations using Power Automate
- Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft services and third-party applications
- Provide support and troubleshooting for Power Platform solutions
- Stay updated on new features and improvements in Microsoft Power Platform
- Document development processes and configurations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field. Proof of academic credentials and professional license number required
- English proficiency at B2 or higher (required)
- 3 years of programming experience with strong knowledge of software development principles
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate Desktop Flow and Cloud Flow, Canvas, Power BI, Dataverse)
- 3 years of experience developing canvas and model-driven apps using Power Apps
- 3 years of experience creating workflows and automations using Power Automate
- Solid experience and good technical knowledge in data modeling and visualization using Power BI, as well as familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse and its integration with Power Platform
- 3 years of programming experience in Python
Nice to Have
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-100, PL-200, PL-400)
- Extensive experience and strong technical knowledge of Azure services and their integration with Power Platform
