Power Platform Functional Consultant - Hybrid - cGBP65K

We're supporting a public sector organisation in the search for a Power Platform Functional Consultant to bridge business needs with technical solutions across the Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 ecosystem.

This role is focused on requirements gathering, functional design, and solution ownership, working closely with architects and developers to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions that drive real business value. You'll play a key role in large transformation programmes as well as continuous improvement initiatives, setting standards and assuring quality across functional designs.

Responsibilities

• Leading requirements-gathering workshops with business stakeholders to understand processes, pain points, and opportunities for automation
• Translating business requirements into high- and low-level functional designs
• Designing solutions using Power Apps (Model-driven & Canvas), Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse
• Acting as the functional liaison between business users and technical delivery teams
• Providing Power Platform and Dynamics 365 functional expertise across the full project lifecycle, including UAT and go-live

Requirements

• Strong functional experience across Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365
• Experience working with Dataverse, including environments, security roles, and data models
• Functional knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules such as Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, and Field Service
• Good understanding of Dataverse plugins and Azure components
• Experience working within Agile and DevOps delivery environments

We Offer

• Competitive salary: £55,000 to £65,000 GBP per year
• Hybrid working arrangement
