About the Position
Kyivstar.Tech is seeking a PPC Specialist for their TutTam project, a FoodTech service marketplace. The role involves building and scaling user acquisition channels, testing growth hypotheses, and making data-driven marketing decisions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strategy for paid user acquisition for the TutTam mobile app and website.
- Launch, analyze, and optimize advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms.
- Explore and test new user acquisition channels.
- Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, audiences, messages, and landing pages.
- Analyze campaign effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Track and improve key marketing metrics: CAC, CPA, ROAS, Retention, Conversion Rate, and others.
- Work with GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, and other analytics and attribution tools.
- Collaborate with the designer and product team to prepare advertising materials.
- Generate reports and dashboards to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities.
- Participate in the formulation and verification of growth hypotheses for product development.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a PPC Specialist, Performance Marketing Specialist, or Digital Marketing Specialist.
- Experience with mobile applications and app promotion.
- Practical experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, Demand Gen, Performance Max, YouTube).
- Practical experience with Meta Ads Manager.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.
- Understanding of attribution principles, analytics, and measuring the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.
- Experience with advertising budgets and optimizing user acquisition costs.
- Ability to work with data and make decisions based on metrics.
- Understanding of product analytics and digital marketing basics.
- Experience with reporting and working with dashboards.
Nice to Have
- Experience in FoodTech, eCommerce, marketplaces, or HoReCa.
- Experience launching campaigns for new products or startups.
- Knowledge of SimilarWeb, Serpstat, or other competitive analysis tools.
- Experience with Firebase, AppsFlyer, Adjust, or similar attribution platforms.
- Understanding of product metrics (CAC, LTV, Retention, Conversion Rate, ROAS).
- Experience conducting A/B tests.
