PPC Specialist

About the Position

We are seeking a PPC Specialist to optimize paid advertising campaigns, enhance brand awareness, and drive revenue for small and medium businesses. We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented PPC Specialist who will take ownership of paid advertising campaigns, optimize performance across Google, Meta, and other platforms, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business results.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize PPC campaigns
• Manage Google Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube campaigns
• Manage Meta Ads campaigns
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
• Set up conversion tracking and reporting
• Monitor budgets and campaign performance
• Optimize campaigns to improve ROAS and lower CPL
• Create and test ad creatives and messaging
• Collaborate with designers and copywriters

Requirements

• English level B2 or higher
• 3+ years of experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram)
• 3+ years of experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager
• 1+ year with Looker Studio
• 1+ year of experience with US market campaigns, Small & Medium Businesses, SaaS
• Analytical thinking, strong research and communication skills, data-driven decision making, self-management, and accountability, ability to receive and implement feedback

Nice to Have

• Experience managing monthly budgets of $10,000+
• Experience with Microsoft Advertising (Bing Ads) and LinkedIn Ads
