About the Position
We are looking for a PR professional to join our Marketing Department at Rakuten Payment. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in promoting our diverse cashless services and contributing to the growth of our brand.
Responsibilities
- Organize and host media events such as press conferences
- Develop and execute PR strategies to enhance service and brand recognition
- Build and maintain media relations, handle interviews, and communicate with external stakeholders
- Monitor and clip media coverage
- Conduct final checks on press releases and manage crisis communications (for leader candidates)
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in PR, either at a PR firm or a business company
- TOEIC score of 800 or higher (willingness to achieve this score within 2 years of joining is also welcome)
Nice to Have
- Experience in various PR-related tasks at a PR agency or business company
- Skills in creating press releases and media promotion sheets
- Media handling skills

Our Rakuten Payment Public Relations Office is responsible for planning, executing, and producing public relations and communication strategies based on service promotion.
We position PR as an indispensable partner of our management strategy and work closely with the management team to maximize the brand value of our company and services. This is a socially significant job that aims to make people's daily lives more convenient and enriched by promoting a diverse range of cashless services.
