We create fast-moving, platform-native content for some of the biggest brands, producing everything from always-on social content to creator collaborations and campaign assets across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and beyond.

About the Internship

Are you always filming, editing or creating content? Do you spend more time on TikTok than you’d like to admit because you’re fascinated by what makes content work? As our Content Creator Intern, you’ll become part of the FEED production team and gain hands-on experience creating content for leading brands. You’ll work alongside experienced creators, creatives and strategists, supporting shoots from concept to final edit while developing your technical and production skills. This internship is perfect for someone who wants to turn their passion for content creation into a career.

Responsibilities

• Support the production of social-first content for a variety of brands.
• Assist during shoots by helping with filming, lighting, sound and camera setup.
• Shoot social content independently when appropriate.
• Edit short-form video content using CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar editing software.
• Help prepare and organize production equipment for shoots.
• Assist with production planning, shoot logistics and content organization.
• Review scripts and storyboards to ensure they’re ready for production.
• Stay on top of social media trends, creator formats and platform developments.
• Join brainstorms, content reviews and creative sessions with the team.
• Learn how social campaigns are developed and produced within one of the Netherlands’ leading creative agencies.

Requirements

• Currently studying Media, Communication, Creative Business, Film, Content Creation or a related field.
• Passionate about creating video content and social media.
• Comfortable filming with cameras, smartphones or creator equipment.
• Familiar with CapCut, Premiere Pro or other editing software.
• Curious, proactive and eager to learn.
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Interested in social platforms and understands what makes content engaging.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Nice to Have

• Experience creating content for your own social channels or for brands.
• Basic knowledge of photography or video production.
• Experience with TikTok, Instagram Reels or YouTube Shorts.
• A portfolio, TikTok, Instagram or other examples of content you’ve created.
