We’re hiring a PR & Communications Manager to strengthen SPRIBE’s public presence, build strong media relationships, and support the communication agenda of a key public-facing leader. This role will be focused on media relations, reputation building, and personal brand communication, with a strong emphasis on Georgia and relevant international markets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute PR and communications initiatives to strengthen SPRIBE’s visibility and reputation.
  • Secure and manage media opportunities including interviews, features, quotes, expert commentary, and opinion pieces.
  • Support the public image and communication strategy of a key company representative, including personal brand positioning.
  • Prepare high-quality communication materials such as press releases, media pitches, Q&A documents, talking points, public statements, and interview briefs.
  • Monitor media coverage, industry trends, and public sentiment to identify opportunities and potential risks.
  • Support reputation management activities and assist with crisis communication when needed.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders across leadership, marketing, legal, and external partners to ensure message alignment.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of public appearances, speaking engagements, and media-facing initiatives.
  • Help shape the narrative around the company’s leadership, strategic direction, and market positioning.
  • Maintain accurate records of media activity, outreach, opportunities, and outcomes.
  • Represent the company at relevant events, interviews, and industry gatherings.
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of communications processes, tools, and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in PR, media relations, corporate or executive communications in the Georgian market.
  • Deep understanding of the Georgian media landscape, business environment, and public agenda, with an established network of contacts across leading media outlets, journalists, editors, producers, and key opinion leaders.
  • Proven experience in building and promoting the company's reputation and the personal brand of founders, CEOs, or other senior executives.
  • Experience securing media coverage, interviews, feature stories, expert commentary, and public speaking opportunities.
  • Experience developing and implementing PR strategies, media campaigns, communication plans, and preparing press releases, statements, media pitches, talking points, and other communication materials.
  • Experience in crisis communications and reputation management, including crisis communication strategies, media relations during sensitive situations, and reputation risk mitigation.
  • High level of professional ethics, an impeccable business reputation, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strategic mindset, proactive approach, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Candidates must provide examples of successful PR campaigns, media relations projects, executive personal branding initiatives, or reputation management projects.
