PR & Communications Specialist Semi-Senior

Evox is seeking a Semi-Senior PR & Communications Specialist to join our team in Argentina and work with technology clients in Argentina and the region. You will manage the communication for brands that need to position themselves in a demanding market, focusing on specialized press, spokespersons, and content that builds trust. Responsibilities

• Communication Strategy: Design and execute communication plans for technology clients, defining key messages, audiences, and channels according to the business objectives of each account.
• Specialized Press Management: Build and maintain a network of contacts with journalists and media in the technology sector, manage interviews, and seek coverage for client news.
• Content Writing: Write press releases, pitches, opinion pieces, and materials for spokespersons, with a clear focus on industry language and topics.
• Spokesperson Training: Train executives and founders for interviews and public presentations, and assist them in building clear and effective messages.
• Monitoring and Reporting: Oversee client appearances in media and networks, measure the tone and reach of publications, and present reports with concrete impact metrics.
• Crisis Management: Participate in defining messages for critical situations and coordinate the account team's response to protect the client's reputation.

Requirements

• (Exclusive) Proven experience of at least 3 years in corporate communication or public relations, with direct work with media and spokespersons.
• Knowledge of the local and regional technology ecosystem: You know who the journalists and media are that cover technology in Argentina and the region, and you understand the sector's news cycle.
• Excellent writing in Spanish and professional English level: You write with clarity and precision, and you can work with English sources and materials without friction.
• Results orientation: You define impact indicators for each action and follow up until the objective is achieved, not settling for the minimum.
• Professional integrity: You act with radical honesty and a sense of duty; you take responsibility for your mistakes, ask for help in time, and work transparently with both the team and clients.
• Ability to work autonomously and organized: You manage multiple accounts and deadlines without losing focus, and you prioritize wisely when everything is urgent.
