About the Position
PR Manager at RoBeauty
RoBeauty is a Ukrainian skincare brand focused on anti-age products. We are building a systemic brand presence in the Ukrainian market through PR, UGC, influencers, Threads, social proof, and performance advertising.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the brand's PR strategy
- Work directly with the owner to align on the hero message, tone of voice, and priorities
- Collaborate with related roles: UGC & Influencer Manager, Threads Manager, Performance department
- Take full responsibility for the brand's external presence as a cohesive direction
Key Tasks
- Lead the brand's PR strategy
- Collaborate with the owner to establish the hero message, tone of voice, and correct claims
- Create PR opportunities for media, Telegram, Instagram, Threads, beauty authors, and experts
- Develop the logic for PR boxes: who, why, type of box, message, expected outcome
- Coordinate PR seeding and gifting as part of the overall PR wave
- Manage the PR Box Tracker: waves, priorities, shipments, receipts, follow-ups, publications, links
- Collect social proof: quotes, screenshots, publications, reviews, mentions, and transfer them to advertising, landing pages, email, and the website
- Prepare a weekly PR report with conclusions: what worked, what to intensify, what to scale
Requirements
- At least 6 months of experience specifically in the beauty niche
- Experience in PR, beauty, lifestyle, wellness, or D2C brands
- Ability to build PR as a system with waves, tracking, and repeatable processes
- Maintain long-term relationships with editors, authors, and influencers
- Confidently work with tables, statuses, deadlines, and weekly reporting
- Not afraid of operational work
