About the Position
Big City Lab is a leading Ukrainian urban planning bureau that transforms cities and spaces, creating outstanding and beautiful projects with people at the center of all decisions. Our areas of focus include spatial planning, architecture of public buildings (sports, education, cultural institutions), social housing, accessibility, and sustainable urban solutions.
We are currently looking for a PR Manager to strengthen our messages through media collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Writing pitches, press releases, and other communication materials about the bureau's projects
- Managing media communications
- Media monitoring
- Supporting and developing contacts with the media and friendly partners
- Organizing the participation of speakers and their support at events and broadcasts
- Preparing presentations and accompanying materials
- Maintaining a database of relevant podcasts, programs, events, and awards
- Preparing event and activity reports
Requirements
- Experience in PR
- Ability to write clear and interesting texts in various formats
- English proficiency at B1+ level (important for international communications)
- High level of self-organization, ability to plan and report on completed work
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Nice to Have
- Relevant education
- Experience working with social projects, NGOs, or in the field of volunteering
- Own media contact base
