About the Position
Pracownik działu utrzymania
We are seeking a Network Maintenance Worker to join our team in Piastów/Warszawa, ensuring network device configuration and incident resolution.
Responsibilities
- Konfiguracja urządzeń LAN, WLAN oraz GSM
- Rozwiązywanie incydentów, reagowanie na zgłoszenia oraz udzielanie wsparcia technicznego dla wewnętrznych i zewnętrznych klientów firmy
- Zapewnienie odpowiedniej wydajności oraz jakości usług
- Bezpośredni kontakt z klientem oraz operatorem podrzędnym
Requirements
- Znajomość systemów Mikrotik oraz UBNT
- Zdolność do identyfikacji i rozwiązywania problemów z połączeniami sieci
- Mile widziana znajomość systemów CISCO oraz zagadnień SWITCHING/ROUTING
- Umiejętność pracy w zespole
- Umiejętność pracy pod presją czasu
- Prawo jazdy kategorii B mile widziane
