About the Position
Join Belden Inc as a Production Preparation & Planner in Bydgoszcz, Poland.
Manage client orders, monitor production schedules, and ensure timely deliveries.
Responsibilities
- Comprehensive client support: From order acceptance to overseeing execution and delivery timelines.
- Monitoring and coordination: Of order, delivery schedules, and production plans.
- Collaboration: With logistics, production, and quality control teams.
- Document preparation: Related to purchasing and sales.
- Client advisory: Supporting clients and resolving ongoing issues.
- Verification: Of incoming and outgoing forms, phone calls, emails, etc., for availability and demand.
Requirements
- Excellent work organization
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong communication skills and self-reliance
- Intermediate knowledge of the German language
