Responsibilities

• Managing the calendar of meetings for the Management Board
• Managing correspondence
• Corresponding with contractors and partners
• Organizing business meetings and business trips

Requirements

• Experience in a similar position
• English language proficiency at the B2 level
• Ability to prioritize and organize one's own work
• High personal culture
• Thoroughness and accuracy in working with documents
