Job&Talent is looking for a dedicated intern for our HR and recruitment team in Malmö during spring 2027. Gain practical experience and insights into the recruitment process.

About the Internship

At Job&Talent, you will get valuable insights into the recruitment and staffing industry, as well as the opportunity to deepen your knowledge in HR and recruitment. As part of our team, you will participate in ongoing recruitment work and develop your skills through practical experience.

During your internship, you will gain insight into various parts of the recruitment process and the opportunity to develop in several areas. You will work closely with experienced colleagues and have the opportunity to take responsibility for tasks based on your education, experience, and development during the internship period.

Example Tasks:

• Designing and publishing job advertisements
• Candidate selection
• Phone interviews and candidate contact
• Participation in interviews
• Reference checks
• Administration related to recruitment and staffing processes
• Matching candidates with current assignments
• Ongoing contact and follow-up with candidates
• Contributing to a professional and high-quality candidate experience

The internship provides you with a broad understanding of how recruitment processes are conducted in practice, while also giving you experience working in a high-paced environment with many interfaces.

About You

We are looking for someone studying HR, social sciences, behavioral sciences, or other relevant post-secondary education who has the opportunity to complete an internship during spring 2027. Previous work experience in areas such as service, administration, or sales is beneficial.

To succeed and thrive in the role, we see that you are:

• Engaged, curious, and interested in HR and recruitment
• Structured and meticulous with the ability to prioritize
• Communicative and relationship-building
• Comfortable working at a fast pace and handling multiple tasks in parallel

You have good knowledge of Swedish and are comfortable using digital tools in your daily work.
