About the Position

Hey, are you looking for an exciting internship where you can gain valuable insights into the world of Communication & Events? Then we have just the right opportunity for you!

For our internationally operating Business Area Architecture and Network Solutions, we are looking for an intern (m/w/d) for the Communication & Events department starting February 2027 for a period of 6 months. You can look forward to varied tasks in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the planning, organization, and execution of internal communication measures
• Editorial contributions to internal communication media, regularly and creatively addressing our globally active employees
• Building and maintaining a network of communication contacts working at locations belonging to the Business Area
• Assisting in the planning, organization, and execution of video shoots
• Participating in the organization and execution of cross-departmental events
• "Daily Business" in the communication area such as answering inquiries, creating presentations, maintaining the intranet, etc.

Requirements

Are you wondering if you are suitable for the internship in Communication & Events? Here are important qualifications we are looking for:

• You are studying in the field of Business Administration, Cultural Studies, or a comparable field of study, so you bring basic aspects of our area of responsibility
• You have an interest in working with digital media
• If you already have experience in the field of photo/film as well as photo/video editing, that would be great
• You should be familiar with MS Office and have good knowledge of the common programs
• Fluency in German and very good English skills in speech and writing are absolutely necessary for us

In addition to these technical requirements, we are also looking for certain characteristics and skills:

• You are a person with high commitment, a lot of initiative, and a quick understanding and can get excited about many topics
• Creativity is natural for you and helps you find unconventional solutions
• You are independent, goal-oriented, and structured and know how to work effectively without losing sight of the big picture
• Very well-developed communication skills and teamwork are particularly important for us - after all, we always have to work together on solutions
• You have analytical thinking and a good understanding of numbers

Before you submit your application, there are a few things you should keep in mind: We need your current enrollment certificate and your current grade transcript as well as, if applicable, a confirmation from your university regarding the completion of a mandatory internship to process your application.

If you are not from the EU area, please also send us your valid residence permit and your work permit including the supplementary sheet.
