Your Impact

Als Praktikant Debt Advisory (m/w/d) unterstützt du uns dabei, Mandanten bei der Durchführung unterschiedlicher Finanzierungs-Transaktionen zu beraten.

• Hands-on-Einstieg: Du führst Finanzierungs-Transaktionen durch, aber auch Unternehmensbewertungen unter Anwendung verschiedener Methoden, z. B. CCA, CTA oder DCF.
• Durchblick: Mit deinem Team erarbeitest du Betriebs- / Finanzmodelle und Prozessunterlagen, wie z. B. Teaser, Information Memoranden und Management Präsentationen.
• Überzeugen: Um potenzielle Mandanten zu gewinnen, erstellst du ansprechende Pitch Unterlagen, aber auch Kurzprofile von Unternehmen.
• Sorgfalt: Während du an Analysen von Jahresabschlüssen, Geschäftsmodellen und Markttrends arbeitest, behältst du den Überblick.
• Interaktion: Als Ansprechpartner:in pflegst du Kontakt mit potenziellen Investoren und betreust Mandanten im Rahmen von laufenden Projekten.

Your Skillset

• Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit den Schwerpunkten Unternehmensbewertung, Controlling oder internationale Rechnungslegung im fortgeschrittenen Studienverlauf mit sehr guten Leistungen
• Erste praktische Erfahrungen in relevanten Bereichen (Leveraged Finance, Structured Finance, Private Debt oder Debt Advisory)
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office und gute Fähigkeiten in der Präsentation von Ergebnissen zeichnen dich aus
• Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Capital IQ und Mergermarket sind von Vorteil
• Reisebereitschaft sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, idealerweise im Rahmen von Auslandsaufenthalten vertieft
