Your Impact

Als Praktikant M&A Analytics (m/w/d) unterstützt du unser Team bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung anspruchsvoller Unternehmenstransaktionen – und trägst so zu nachhaltigen Entscheidungen sowie zu erfolgreichen Kaufvertrags- und Kaufpreisverhandlungen bei.

• M&A: Du wirkst bei Financial Due Diligences für potenzielle Erwerber (Private Equity & Corporates) im Rahmen von Transaktionsprozessen mit.
• Support: Du unterstützt dein Team im Rahmen des Verkaufs von Unternehmen (Vendor Assistance und Vendor Due Diligence).
• Learning: Die Entwicklung geeigneter Algorithmen und Prozesse zur Aufbereitung und Verknüpfung von entscheidungsrelevanten Daten gehört zu deinen Aufgaben.
• Reporting: Du erstellst interaktive Berichte und Kapitel der Financial Due Diligence / Financial Factbooks

Your Skillset

• Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einem vergleichbaren Studium im fortgeschrittenen Semester bzw. im Gap-Year zwischen Bachelor und Master
• Analytisches Denkvermögen und Affinität zu neuer Software sowie Erfahrung oder proaktive Studien zu Datentools wie Tableau, Alteryx, R, Python
• Proaktive und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise sowie ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative
• Reisebereitschaft sowie Deutsch und Englisch sehr gut in Wort und Schrift
