- Conduct detailed financial analysis and due diligence for M&A transactions.
- Support senior analysts in preparing transaction reports and presentations.
- Assist in the valuation of companies and identification of potential risks.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial modeling.
