Praktikant M&A Analytics / Transaction Diligence (m/w/d)
Du willst im Bereich Strategy, Risk & Transactions – Advisory – Mergers & Acquisitions Kunden entlang des gesamten M&A-Deal-Zyklus begleiten – von Strategie und Due Diligence über Finanzierungs- und Technologiefragen bis hin zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung und Integration von Transaktionen? Unser Team unterstützt Mandanten beim Kauf, Verkauf oder Zusammenschluss von Unternehmen - strategisch, finanziell und rechtlich.

Standorte: Frankfurt (Main) und München.
Responsibilities
- M&A: Du wirkst bei Financial Due Diligences für potenzielle Erwerber (Private Equity & Corporates) im Rahmen von Transaktionsprozessen mit.
- Support: Du unterstützt dein Team im Rahmen des Verkaufs von Unternehmen (Vendor Assistance und Vendor Due Diligence).
- Learning: Die Entwicklung geeigneter Algorithmen und Prozesse zur Aufbereitung und Verknüpfung von entscheidungsrelevanten Daten gehört zu deinen Aufgaben.
- Reporting: Du erstellst interaktive Berichte und Kapitel der Financial Due Diligence / Financial Factbooks
Requirements
- Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einem vergleichbaren Studium im fortgeschrittenen Semester bzw. im Gap-Year zwischen Bachelor und Master
- Analytical Thinking and affinity for new software as well as experience or proactive studies on data tools like Tableau, Alteryx, R, Python
- Proactive and responsible work approach with a high degree of initiative
- Travel willingness and very good German and English skills in speech and writing
