Responsibilities
- Optimize our processes around legitimation and approval procedures and keep the ideal usability up to date – that's what you enjoy? Perfect! Our team is constantly working on further developing customer journeys.
- During your time with us, you will work closely with the management team and the respective department teams, be strategically and conceptually fully involved, and soon independently analyze data and user studies.
- To improve even further, you will turn the right screws with us. What screws? – Don't worry, you'll quickly get the hang of it. Because you know the market, the customers, and our corporate goals inside out.
- It gets really practical when you measure and analyze our performance. From this, you derive suitable measures.
- Of course, you will document your insights for the management and the board in reports and result presentations.

Requirements
- Enrolled in a Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business Studies, Media Studies, or similar, or in a gap year between Bachelor's and Master's studies
- Organizational talent, independent working style, and enjoyment of teamwork
- Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Willingness to shape the world of tomorrow
- Very good German and English in speech and writing
- Available from 01.11.2026 for 6 months starting immediately (please specify the exact start date in your cover letter)
