Du möchtest im Bereich Strategy, Risk & Transactions – Advisory – Valuation & Modeling internationale Kunden bei Unternehmensbewertungen oder der Erstellung und Prüfung von Finanzmodellen beraten? Unser Team unterstützt bei Bewertungen für Transaktions-, Bilanzierungs- oder Reorganisationszwecke sowie mit Finanzmodellen zur strategischen Entscheidungsfindung in verschiedensten Industrien. Your Impact

Als Praktikant Valuation & Modeling (m/w/d) hilfst du bei Projekten, in denen verschiedene Bewertungsverfahren zum Einsatz kommen – und trägst so zu der Ermittlung eines fairen Wertes oder eines Entscheidungswerts und der Beratung des Mandanten bei.

• Hands-on-Einstieg: Du arbeitest in Projektteams und lernst so schnell die wesentlichen Schritte und Einflussfaktoren der Bewertung kennen.
• Bewertungen: Dein Wissen bringst du bei Transaktionen wie auch bei steuerlichen oder rechnungslegungsbezogenen Bewertungen (z. B. Purchase Price Allocation und Impairment Test) ein.
• WACC: Darüber hinaus erfährst du, wie der WACC und auch Multiples auf Basis von Kapitalmarktinformationen ermittelt werden.
• Teamwork: Außerdem bist du aktiv in die Projektkommunikation eingebunden und arbeitest projektabhängig mit Kolleg:innen anderer Service Lines zusammen.

Your Skillset

• Student:in der Wirtschaftswissenschaft oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs mit sehr guten Leistungen, großem Engagement und Affinität zu den Themen Rechnungslegung und Bewertung
• Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative sowie proaktive und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise, Freude an komplexen Aufgaben und sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere MS-Excel
• Deutsch und Englisch sehr gut in Wort und Schrift
