Your Impact

Als Praktikant/ Werkstudent Business & AI Insights (m/w/d) arbeitest du an Kundenfragestellungen mit – von Analyse und Recherche bis Prototyping und Umsetzung. Passende praxisnahe Abschlussarbeiten begleiten wir gerne. Viele Kolleg:innen sind über Praktikum, Werkstudium oder Abschlussarbeit zu uns gekommen – für Dich kann das der erste Schritt in Richtung einer späteren Consultant-Stelle sein.

• Analysis & Research: Du unterstützt bei Datenanalysen, Marktrecherchen und der Aufbereitung von Erkenntnissen für Projekte und Kunden.
• Prototyping: Du wirkst an der Entwicklung von Prototypen, Datenmodellen, Dashboards und AI-Demos mit und lernst moderne Technologien praktisch kennen.
• Project Support: Du unterstützt bei Workshops, Präsentationen, Dokumentationen und weiteren projektbezogenen Aufgaben.
• Technology & Learning: Du beschäftigst Dich mit aktuellen Entwicklungen in GenAI, Machine Learning, Data Analytics und Business Intelligence.
• Thesis & Development: Du bearbeitest praxisnahe Fragestellungen und kannst Deine Bachelor- oder Masterarbeit mit Bezug zu AI, Analytics oder Beratung einbringen.

Your Skillset

• Studies in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Statistik, Data Analytics, Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit Tech-Bezug oder eines vergleichbaren Fachgebiets
• Interest in AI and Data as well as the motivation to practically apply topics such as Machine Learning, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or data-driven business models
• Ideally first practical experience with Python, SQL, BI-Tools, Cloud-Technologies, or GenAI-Applications from studies, projects, or internships
• Structured and independent working style as well as curiosity, willingness to learn, and enjoyment in delving into new technical and subject-related topics
• German and English fluent in speech and writing as well as the ability to present results comprehensibly and communicate in a team
