Responsibilities

• Support in the conception, preparation, and moderation of workshops and trainings, or take over these tasks.
• Gain practical experience with agile roles such as Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Agile Coach, and support or take over these roles in representation of our clients.
• Help us in steering the "product" development process - from the first design concept through launch to the ongoing operation of a successful product.
• Innovative methods and trends in the agile environment excite you, and you work to familiarize yourself with them.
• Additional tasks, e.g., in marketing and offer processes, round out your daily business and provide you with diverse insights.

Requirements

• Personal Background: You are a student in the field of computer science, communication sciences, sociology, or business sciences with a high technical affinity.
• Skills: You are communicative, take responsibility for your topics, and can moderate well.
• Passion: You have an agile mindset, enjoy working in a team, and applying agile methods.
• Know-how: You are familiar with agile working methods and frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban. Additionally, you are very comfortable with MS Office, especially PowerPoint.
• Languages: You speak fluent German and English - perfect, then you will find yourself at home at Exxeta.

Application Process

What are the first steps to apply?

If one of our job offers appeals to you? Great! Upload all important documents now. Our recruiting team will then check if it could also be a match from our side. Afterwards, we will contact you within two weeks. If it fits, we will arrange a virtual or personal interview with the department in which you would later work. After all, you must be on the same wavelength.

Which documents do you need from me?

The usual: your CV and the most important certificates. Simply everything that shows concisely who you are and why it will fit technically and personally. A cover letter is not absolutely necessary, but you can of course still give us a few charming words in a cover letter, for example, what excites you about Exxeta and why you believe that we are a good match.

Who will be at the personal interview and how will it proceed?

This depends a bit on the position and location. Normally, someone from the respective department and from recruiting will participate. In some cases, several departments will also be involved. Don't worry, it's not supposed to be a tough assessment center. Our interview is mainly about a relaxed mutual getting to know each other. We want to learn something about you as a person – and at the same time give you the opportunity to get to know Exxeta better. We simply attach great importance to a harmonious and open interaction, after all, we will spend a lot of time together. After our conversation, we are hopefully both sure that it fits between us.

Can I apply for multiple positions at the same time?

Yes, that's possible. But rather indirectly: If several positions are in question for you, we recommend that you select your favorite and apply for it. Please give us a hint in the cover letter that you are flexible and also interested in other positions. We will then see which position fits best at the moment.

What happens to my data?

First of all: Your personal data is in good hands with us, 100 percent secure, and will be processed in accordance with the GDPR during the application process and treated strictly confidentially. You can also find details on data protection at Exxeta in our privacy policy. If it doesn't happen that we work together, your data will be automatically deleted six months after your application.
