Initially, your focus will be on operationally supporting our team – for example, in employee administration and occupational safety. In addition, the following tasks await you:

• You will support our team in the daily operational business and ensure that our HR processes run reliably and efficiently.
• You will assist in administrative HR processes – from creating documents and certificates to maintaining employee data and employee administration.
• You will support us in organizational and administrative tasks related to occupational safety.
• You will accompany the onboarding of new employees and contribute to ensuring they have a successful start at Exxeta.
• You will participate in various HR projects and gain insights into other areas such as HR operations, HR business partnering, or recruiting.
• From day one, you will be a full-fledged team member and actively shape our collaboration.

Requirements

• Educational Background: You are studying Business Administration, Economics, Human Resource Management, Business Psychology, or a comparable degree program.
• Work Style: You work in a structured, meticulous, and independent manner. Discretion in handling confidential information is a matter of course for you.
• Digital Proficiency: You have good MS Office skills and a strong IT affinity. Initial experience in HR is beneficial but not mandatory. More importantly, your curiosity about new technologies and your motivation to learn about and apply modern (Gen-)AI tools, automations, and agentic working methods in HR are essential.
• Mindset: You enjoy pitching in, thinking along, questioning existing processes, and are eager to take on responsibility and continuously develop yourself.
• Team Player: You enjoy working in a team, communicate openly, and provide support where needed.
• Languages: You speak fluent German and English – perfect, you will feel right at home at Exxeta.

Application Process

What are the first steps to apply?

Is there a job among our job offers that appeals to you? Great! Upload all important documents now. Our recruiting team will then check if it could be a match from our side. We will get back to you within two weeks. If it fits, we will arrange a virtual or in-person meeting with the department where you will be working later. After all, you must be on the same wavelength.

What documents do you need from me?

The usual: your CV and the most important certificates. Simply everything that shows in a short and concise manner who you are and why it will be a good fit both professionally and personally. A cover letter is not mandatory, but you can of course give us a few charming words in a cover letter, for example, what excites you about Exxeta and why you believe we are a good match.

Who will be at the personal interview and how will it proceed?

This depends a bit on the position and location. Usually, someone from the respective department and from recruiting will participate. In some cases, several departments will be involved. Don't worry, it won't be a tough assessment center. Our meeting is primarily about getting to know each other in a relaxed manner. We want to learn about you as a person – and at the same time give you the opportunity to get to know Exxeta better. We simply attach great importance to a harmonious and open interaction, after all, we will spend a lot of time together. After our meeting, we are hopefully both sure that it fits.

Can I apply for multiple positions at the same time?

Yes, you can. But rather indirectly: If several positions are in question for you, we recommend that you choose your favorite and apply for it. Please then indicate in the cover letter that you are flexible and also interested in other positions. We will then see which position is currently the best fit.

What happens to my data?

First of all: Your personal data is in good hands with us, 100% secure, and will be processed in accordance with the GDPR during the application process and treated with strict confidentiality.
