Praktikant:in (w/m/d) - für Integration und Deutschsprachlehre

Join us as a Praktikant:in for Integration and German Language Teaching to support our global growth project in Berlin.

Responsibilities

• Conducting German language training (DaF) at A2/B1 levels
• Developing didactic teaching materials, especially in the field of electrical engineering
• Selecting and implementing suitable learning methods and tools
• Supporting South American professionals on-site at the Enpal Academy
• Assisting in the setup and coordination of additional online language courses
• Conducting qualitative evaluation processes to assess training effectiveness
• Providing support in administrative processes

Requirements

• Teaching experience in German as a foreign language and/or a degree in linguistics
• Proficiency in Spanish, at least at B2 level
• Experience in the South American cultural context is desirable
• High motivation and team spirit, enjoyment in working with people
• Strong communication skills and confident demeanor
• Solution-oriented, resilient, and independent
• Excellent organizational skills
