- Selection process of applicants including telephone interviews and accompaniment during personal interviews
- Search for suitable candidates in various databases
- Organizational and administrative tasks
Qualifications that are helpful for this internship:
- Ongoing or completed studies with a focus on HR, Business, or Psychology
- Interest in HR management, recruiting, and sales
- Proficient in MS Office and Social Media
- Excellent German language skills in speech and writing
- Proactive behavior and hands-on mentality
