Responsibilities

• Mithilfe bei der Organisation und Durchführung von Events und Firmenveranstaltungen
• Eigenverantwortliche Übernahme von Recherche- und Sonderprojekten
• Interne Personalbetreuung sowie Unterstützung bei Themen wie Personalentwicklung, Arbeitsrecht und Arbeitssicherheit
• Steuerung externer Dienstleister und Lieferanten
• Unterstützung bei vielen weiteren Aufgaben des operativen und administrativen Tagesgeschäfts

Requirements

• Very good performance in a degree program in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or Natural Sciences
• Interest and ideally first experience in event organization
• Organizational skills and a structured approach to work
• High flexibility and initiative
• Very good German and English language skills
