About this Role

This pool position is located in the national brand management of Henkel Consumer Brands and includes the areas of Beauty and Laundry & Home Care. Through this collective advertisement, you will be redirected to currently open positions in the respective teams. In the departments, work is done on the development, implementation, and analysis of brand strategies for various consumer goods brands, including marketing measures, market research, and collaboration with internal teams and external agencies.

Responsibilities

Support in the national brand management of Henkel Consumer Brands for our Beauty and Laundry & Home Care brands, such as Schwarzkopf, Got2b, Syoss, Gliss, Persil, Spee, Somat, or WC Frisch
Creation of presentations for internal and external meetings
Assistance in the creation of communication materials (e.g., TV spots, social media assets)
Co-development of brand strategies and their implementation through launches, relaunches, and promotions
Independent creation of market, competition, and consumer analyses and product performance analyses
Taking on your own exciting projects (e.g., creation of communication or promotion strategies or organization of influencer events)
Experience the diverse, interdisciplinary daily routine in brand management, including participation in various meetings, market research, and collaboration with agencies

Requirements

Studies in Business Administration, Marketing, or International Business with at least two successfully completed semesters
In-depth knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Initial practical experience in similar industries and international background is advantageous
Very good German and English language skills
Passion for marketing and communication
Reliability and good self-organization to independently handle smaller projects
Availability for a flexible start date for ideally 6 months

We offer an attractive gross monthly salary of €1,050-2,270. This depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or compulsory internship), and any existing qualifications.
