About the Role

Join J. Schmalz GmbH as a Human Resources Intern in Glatten, Germany. Support HR processes, event organization, and personal development.

Your Tasks

• Support the entire application process.
• Assist in organizing training and DH-Studium events.
• Independently manage parts of seminar management and assist in personnel development.
• Support current HR projects.
• Take on additional operational tasks in the HR department.

Your Profile

• Currently studying in the field of Business or Social Sciences, or a comparable degree.
• Proficient in using MS Office programs.
• Demonstrate flexibility and a structured approach to thinking and working.
