Pflichtpraktikum / Praxissemester ● Duration: at least 3 months ● Paid ● in Augsburg ● 2 days of remote work per week possible

Are you eager to start with us and face new challenges every day? As an intern in the recruiting department at Studyflix, you will actively support us in hiring new team members and thus have a direct impact on the future development of Studyflix!
Responsibilities
- You will accompany the entire recruiting lifecycle
- You will support us in reviewing application documents and communicating with applicants
- You will be responsible for our job postings, conduct active sourcing, and represent our employer brand externally
- You will assist us in personnel management and serve as a contact person for our employees
- You will organize team events and thus contribute positively to retention management
Requirements
- You are currently studying in the fields of Business Administration, Economics, Humanities, Human Resource Management, Education, or similar
- You have an interest in recruiting, active sourcing, and HR and ideally have already gained initial experience in these areas
- You are communicative and possess high social competence
- You enjoy working independently and are very structured
