The Role
In this internship, you will take over the responsibility for our social media channels – from content planning to the creation of posts, reels, and stories, as well as community management. Additionally, you will gain insights into newsletters, blogs, SEA/SEO, and HubSpot workflows, and learn how marketing and sales work together at our company. Ideal for students or graduates with a feel for social media and a desire for a real startup experience. Start is possible immediately.
Responsibilities
- Content planning for social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, possibly TikTok) including editorial plan
- Creation of posts, reels/stories, and graphics (in collaboration with design and AI tools)
- Community management: comments, messages, and interaction with followers
- Social media reporting and deriving content learnings (platform insights, Matomo, Posthog)
- Support in paid social campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn Ads) and monitoring
- Creation and sending of newsletters; maintenance of the email distribution list
- Participation in blog posts: research, text, and publication
- Use of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to support content creation and text optimization
- Support in SEO basics, HubSpot workflows, and website maintenance
- Close collaboration with product and consulting to coordinate content and campaigns
Requirements
Must-have
- Strong sense for social media (Instagram, LinkedIn) – trends, formats, and tone
- Initial experience with content creation for social media (posts, reels, stories)
- Ongoing studies/teaching or interest in marketing, communication, business administration, or similar, and first practical experience
- Very good German language skills in speech and writing, good English language skills
- Openness and initial experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to support content creation
- Independent, structured working method, and enthusiasm
Nice-to-have
- Experience with Canva, CapCut, or similar design/video tools
- Knowledge of social media management tools (Meta Business Suite, Later, Hootsuite)
- Experience with HubSpot or other marketing tools
- Initial experience with ads or analytics tools
- Writing practice (blog posts, web texts)
