Praktikum Training Management (m/w/d)

About the Position

Festo, a global leader in innovative industrial automation solutions, is seeking a motivated intern to join our Human Resources team in Esslingen. As part of the Training Management team, you will contribute to our global training initiatives for at least six months.

Responsibilities

• Become part of our dedicated Training Management team and actively participate in daily operations
• Manage the implementation and administration of our learning portfolio, contributing to the professional development of our colleagues worldwide
• Assist in organizing and coordinating training sessions, event management, and work closely with our Learning Management System (LMS)
• Engage in active communication with internal stakeholders, trainers, and external service providers, serving as the point of contact for all inquiries related to our training offerings
• Collaborate on current projects and support the centralization of HR tasks in international HR Shared Service Centers
• Participate in the optimization and standardization of processes within Training Management
• Develop valuable skills in project management and process optimization within an international HR environment

Requirements

• Currently studying Business, Social Sciences, or Humanities, or in a comparable field
• Prior experience in Human Resources is desirable
• Proficiency in both German and English, both written and spoken
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office products
• Meticulous, structured, and proactive work approach
• High level of commitment, organizational skills, and enjoyment of independent work
• Excellent communication skills, strong teamwork abilities, and customer orientation
