About the Role
Join J. Schmalz GmbH as a KI Business Transformation Intern/Student/Graduate for a hands-on role in testing and implementing AI tools and business software.
Your Tasks
- Test new AI tools and business software extensively for their practicality and document your experiences.
- Support our team in coordinating digitalization projects and take over scheduling and status reports.
- Take on your own task packages, such as organizing tool training for employees and working independently on the development of training concepts.
- Create manuals, quick start guides, and FAQ documents for new tools and processes.
- Work on internal communication about new tools and coordinate with various departments regarding requirements and feedback.
Your Profile
- You are enrolled at a university or college – ideally in a program such as Business Administration, Communication Sciences, Digital Business, Economic Psychology, Media Management, or Innovation Management.
- You already have an interest in new software tools and digital solutions – IT skills (e.g., MS Office, project management tools) are advantageous.
- You speak German at C1/C2 level and English at B2/C1 level.
- You work in a structured, detail-oriented, and self-responsible manner.
- Initial practical experience with presentations or in a project environment is advantageous – but not mandatory.
