We are currently looking for a Trainee in Accounting and Controlling to join our team in Szczecin.

Responsibilities

Accounting

• Assistance in invoicing and accounting of documents related to purchases, sales, and cash settlements, analysis, and reconciliation of account balances.
• Support in verifying/settling payments, preparing analytical reports, and presentations, participation in the month-end closing process, administrative work related to document circulation, and support for other accounting team members in daily tasks.
• Archiving and organizing documentation.

Controlling

• Creating and updating simple reports in Excel (e.g., departmental cost summaries, variance analysis).
• Preparing PowerPoint presentations for internal meetings.
• Preparing periodic reports (monthly, quarterly).
• Entering data into ERP systems - Intercompany price lists.
• Setting standard costs for indices.
• Supporting forecasting and budgeting processes.
• Ad-hoc analyses.

Requirements

• Studying or graduated in a field related to finance (accounting, controlling, economics).
• Seeking opportunities to gain first professional experience.
• Fluent in English; knowledgeable in finance, accounting, controlling; familiar with MS Office (including: Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Enjoy working in a team and value effective communication.
• Eager to learn and take on new challenges.
• Accurately completes assigned tasks; shows willingness to engage in long-term cooperation.
