Responsibilities

To the tasks of our trainees belong:

• Supporting Recruitment and Sales Specialists in the process of acquiring Clients and daily implementation of recruitment projects, including:
  • Publishing job advertisements,
  • Initial analysis of Candidate CVs,
  • Initial recruitment interviews,
  • Searching Candidate databases according to criteria,
  • Preparing recommendations,
  • Initial sales interviews with Clients,
  • Analyzing labor market data.

Requirements

• Availability to complete 8-week unpaid internship, 6 hours a day,
• Interest in development in the sales and recruitment areas,
• Education – psychology, social sciences, sociology, or related fields are welcome,
• We also invite students in the final years of the above-mentioned fields,
• Communicativeness,
• Good organization,
• Ability to work in a team,
• Knowledge of English will be an additional asset.
