About the Position
Praktikat - German Intern
Rödl & Partner USA is seeking a qualified Praktikant (w/m/d) for our locations in the USA (Atlanta GA, Chicago IL, Manhattan, NY, Houston TX, Birmingham AL, Charlotte NC, Greenville SC, Detroit MI) for at least 6 months in the fields of auditing and tax consulting.
The program offers you insights and experiences in international auditing, accounting, and tax consulting.
Responsibilities
- Gain practical experience in all areas of US-American and German auditing and tax consulting
- Participate in trainings in various areas, e.g., ProSystems Engagement, Microsoft Excel, preparation of bank reconciliations, cash audits, tax estimates, and much more
- Work in a high-performance and interdisciplinary team
- Engage in challenging tasks in an international environment
Requirements
- At least three semesters of business studies with a focus on (international) accounting, auditing, and/or taxes
- Initial theoretical and/or practical experience in accounting and/or taxes
- Enjoy teamwork, high performance readiness, initiative, high quality awareness, and good analytical skills
- Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written
- Internships abroad and other additional qualifications are advantageous
