We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Founder's Associate for a new furniture product in Berlin. This role is ideal for those with a strong analytical and strategic mindset who are eager to take ownership and drive projects forward.

Responsibilities

• Analytical and Strategic Thinking: You think analytically and strategically, and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get involved.
• Problem Solving: You solve complex problems in a structured manner, make pragmatic decisions, and drive issues through to implementation.
• Quality Assurance: High quality standards, initiative, and a pronounced can-do mentality characterize you.
• Digital Tools and Automation: You are enthusiastic about digital tools, AI, and automation, and are motivated to use new technologies to make processes smarter and more scalable.
• Language Skills: You have command of German (at least C1 level) and good English skills (at least B2 level) in both spoken and written form.

Requirements

• Educational Background: Very good or advanced studies – ideally in Business, STEM, or a comparable field.
• Experience: Initial experience in a fast-paced environment, such as a startup, strategy consultancy, VC, or through your own projects/company, where you have taken ownership and driven issues independently.
