Exciting Tasks Await You:

Practice Operations

You will dedicate yourself to managing the practice and supporting the on-site team. Your daily tasks include procurement, billing checks, shift and illness management, complaint management, and ensuring smooth processes and optimizing the economic performance of the practice.

Spokesperson

You will be the local contact person for our Rexies in the practice, always with an open ear and acting respectfully and empathetically. Additionally, you are the interface between the practice team and the office team and steer the introduction of new processes and changes in everyday life.

Shaping the Future

Your ideas and experiences are central to the further development of our solutions. You have a close connection to our office team and shape the development of Rex in all areas (processes & workflows, software features, etc.) on-site and as a whole company.

You Have the Following Qualifications:

• Preferably a completed advanced training as a practice manager and/or as a TFA
• At least 5+ years of professional experience in the healthcare sector with initial management responsibility (also enthusiastic newcomers from the fields of nursing, social work, and retail with management experience are welcome!)
• Excellent communication skills in dealing with customers and employees
• Passion for pets and passion for improving the customer and employee experience in veterinary practices

Rex is the perfect blend of a modern veterinary practice and a dynamic technology startup. We are a young company founded in 2021 in Berlin and have made it our mission to create an innovative environment to optimize the medical care of our four-legged family members for veterinarians, TFAs, and pet owners.

We aim to redesign veterinary care from the ground up, focusing on the satisfaction and development opportunities of our team on the one hand, and an improved and more digital practice experience for owners on the other. In our practices, we rely on a pleasant atmosphere through warm colors and gentle lighting concepts to create a calming environment.
