Responsibilities

• You will qualify opportunities together with the Commercial Lead and determine the engagement approach.
• You will design and present solutions (documents, demos, presentations – also at events).
• You will conduct customer workshops and translate requirements/agenda into a reliable Solution Vision.
• You will coordinate internal stakeholders (Sales/Delivery/Marketing) and drive the pre-sales process end-to-end.
• You will identify and document meaningful customer stories/references that demonstrate our capabilities and successful projects.
• You will support proposal work and customer meetings with a clear storyline, effort estimation, and commercial input.

Requirements

Qualifications

• You have in-depth functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, Supply Chain Management (FSCM/FinOps) and integrations with other systems.
• You have experience in a pre-sales function – either in a dedicated pre-sales role or in supporting pre-sales activities as part of a consulting role.
• You have experience in developing creative and effective solutions for complex business problems.
• You have proven ability and experience in creating proposals, answering customer questions, and making presentations.
• You have verifiable experience as a Solution Architect.
• You have excellent knowledge in the field of solution and integration design.
• You have relevant Microsoft certifications.
• You can handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• You have strong social skills and a keen eye for detail.
• You are fluent in both English and German.
