Customer Success Department – Technical Pre-sale Team
We are seeking a Pre-Sales Engineer to join our Global Team. This role is part of the Customer Success Department and involves working on-site with our Technical Pre-sale Team.
Responsibilities
- Engage in pre-sales activities to support the sales team.
- Collaborate with the technical team to provide solutions and support.
- Assist in the preparation of technical documentation and presentations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a pre-sales or technical support role.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and customer needs.
