We are the Pre-Sales engineers team at Ajax Systems, working at the intersection of technology, sales, and innovation. We do not just support sales - we help partners integrate the latest security systems into their business, changing the perception of the possibilities of security solutions.
Responsibilities
- Technical support of company partners at all stages of cooperation.
- Conducting technical seminars, webinars, trainings, as well as presentations and demonstrations for partners and company employees.
- Developing and implementing solutions aimed at achieving the business goals defined by the customer.
- Participation in the launch of new products.
- Close collaboration with Sales, R&D, Support, QA, BA, and PM teams.
- Market research and competitor analysis.
- Participation in industry conferences and events.
- Business trips abroad.
Requirements
- Technical background.
- Oral and written communication skills.
- Experience in conducting presentations, webinars, and trainings.
- Ability to quickly master new technical information.
- Ability to negotiate and justify technical solutions.
- Ability to quickly analyze client needs and propose optimal solutions.
- Ability to quickly respond to changes in processes or client requirements.
- Ability to work in a multitasking environment and effectively prioritize.
- Experience with security systems, video surveillance, access control, fire alarm, and automation (design, installation, maintenance).
- Expertise in electronics (understanding of electronic components and circuits).
- English language proficiency at the Upper-Intermediate level.
