Pre-sales Technician

About the Position

Join Plexus Tech. We are looking for a Pre-sales Technician profile specialising in networks and communications to join the bids team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical network surveys and infrastructure data collection.
• Design and implement LAN/WAN and WiFi networks.
• Utilize network design tools and create technical documentation and coverage studies.
• Interpret technical documentation and translate it into proposals.
• Collaborate with the team in a bids environment.
• Travel nationally as required.

Requirements

• Experience in networks and communications environments.
• Proficiency in network design tools (Ekahau, AirMagnet, or others are a plus).
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN and WiFi networks.
• Ability to interpret technical documentation and translate it into proposals.
• Proactive, organized profile with attention to detail.
• Technical background in: Telecommunications, Systems, Networks, or equivalent (Higher Vocational Training or Engineering degree).
